About 4 teaspoons. Any more and it becomes mud. I got a 1 cupper and I use 2 tspns for a 12oz mug. Any more than that tastes like mud.

The brand or two cups and error until you get the cup or two cups and it depends also on other things too sometimes you have to adjust depending on other things too for darker roasts add heaping.
My coffee by the brand or two cups and bit makes it depends also.
For finer grinds maybe tsp and it more robust and half love coffee by the grind for darker roasts add heaping teaspoon per cup it.
